Fundamental classes are designed to teach new and beginner students the basics of Jiu-Jitsu while at the same time improving cardiovascular endurance, balance, and coordination.
The fundamental program is designed for anyone, male or female, of any body type.
This class gives students a sturdy base of knowledge that they will put to practice throughout their Jiu-Jitsu study.
The classes consist on a quick warm up, technique drills and positional training.

Come join us for All Levels BJJ, this class gives students of any level a sturdy base of knowledge that they will put to practice throughout their Jiu-Jitsu study.
The classes consist on a quick warm up, technique drills and finishes with live sparring, The drills are the secret to a good technique, which gives students the opportunity to take their game to the next level. Students will also receive an extensive education into modern Jiu-Jitsu practice, as well as less common situations that may arise during a match.

For kids aged 5-16years old. Our kids classes are split up in two age groups. 5-7yro and 8yro-16yro.
