Fundamental classes are designed to teach new and beginner students the basics of Jiu-Jitsu while at the same time improving cardiovascular endurance, balance, and coordination.
The fundamental program is designed for anyone, male or female, of any body type.
The classes prepare students for the advanced classes, and give students a sturdy base of knowledge that they will put to practice throughout their Jiu-Jitsu study.
The classes consist on a quick warm up, technique drills and some sparring, The drills are the secret to a good technique.
All Levels BJJ

Once you've mastered the fundamentals or just want a bit more training, come join us for All Levels BJJ, which gives students the opportunity to take their game to the next level through an in-depth exploration of more advanced jiu jitsu techniques and instruction. Students will also receive an extensive education into modern jiu jitsu practice, as well as less common situations that may arise during a match.
For kids aged 5-16years old. It's a great way for your child to build confidence, self defense and meet new friends.
